Necessary storage
The secure HttpOnly session cookie keeps users signed in and expires after seven days. The sr_cookie_consent cookie stores the consent choice for up to one year. These are required to provide security and remember the privacy choice.
PostHog
With analytics consent, PostHog may use first-party cookies and local storage to distinguish browsers and sessions and understand product usage. Tracking is disabled until consent and can be withdrawn in Cookie settings.
PostHog retention and category
PostHog analytics storage is optional and used for product analytics only after consent. Retention is controlled by the configured PostHog project. The egain session cookie is necessary and expires after seven days; consent and language preferences can remain for up to one year.
Manage or withdraw consent
Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Rejecting optional cookies keeps necessary storage active and stops future analytics events. You can also delete cookies in your browser; doing so may sign you out or reset preferences.
Third-party services
Survey providers and Steam may use their own cookies when you open their pages or sign in. Their cookies are governed by their own notices because those pages are controlled by them.
