These terms govern use of egain.gg. Last updated: 13 September 2026.
Operator and contact
egain.gg operates this service and can be contacted at support@egain.gg. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to accept these terms and meet the age and location requirements of each survey provider. One account is allowed per person. Keep your login secure and provide accurate information.
Surveys and providers
Participation is voluntary. Survey availability, qualification, completion and reward values are not guaranteed. Third-party survey providers control their surveys and may apply separate terms and privacy notices.
Coins and reversals
egain Coins are internal, non-transferable reward points. They are not money, deposits, securities or cryptocurrency and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Coins are issued only after provider verification. Fraud, duplicate credit or a provider reversal may result in a matching coin reversal.
Reward redemption and delivery
Only listed inventory can be redeemed. Prices and availability can change before confirmation. Redemption requires at least one verified survey and sufficient coins; Steam items also require a valid Steam Trade URL. Reward delivery is processed manually and may take 0–48 hours.
Steam accounts
Steam sign-in uses the public Steam64 ID and persona name returned by Steam OpenID. Steam users do not need to verify an email address or country to use their account. Region or country information may be required later only when a specific reward or legal rule requires it.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use multiple accounts, false information, automation, VPN or location manipulation, callback manipulation, abuse, chargebacks in bad faith or attempts to interfere with the service. We may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the platform.
Affiliate programme
Affiliate rewards apply only to valid referred users and verified earnings. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and manipulated traffic are excluded. Levels and percentages shown in the platform apply at the time earnings are recorded.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access or any particular survey, income or reward. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons and will publish the new date here. You may stop using the service and request account deletion from your profile, subject to resolving pending withdrawals and legally required retention.
