Reward Terms
These additional terms apply when coins are exchanged for rewards. Last updated: 13 September 2026.
Redemption
Coins are debited when a redemption is created. Risk or compliance checks may place it in manual review. Reward delivery is processed manually and may take 0–48 hours.
Steam delivery
Steam trade delivery may take up to 48 hours. You must provide the correct Steam Trade URL and remain able to receive the item. Delivery to a wrong account may be irreversible once completed.
Game key delivery
Game keys are delivered manually through My Rewards and may take up to 48 hours. Check the listed platform and region before redeeming. Keys may have platform, region or compatibility restrictions. Redemption becomes irreversible after the key is revealed.
Invalid game keys
Report a key that is invalid before activation through Support. We will investigate and replace it when our records confirm it was invalid when supplied. A key reported as already redeemed requires investigation and is not automatically replaced. A key for a clearly disclosed wrong platform or region may be non-refundable.
Availability
Inventory, item condition and coin prices may change. A redemption is not guaranteed until accepted and delivered.
Refunds and rejection
If egain.gg cannot fulfil a request, it may reject or refund it and restore the applicable coins. Provider reversals or fraud may pause or cancel unresolved rewards.
